Plainfield Website Privacy and Usage Policy
Information Provided by You
Information volunteered or provided by you via email or by filling out forms available on our website may be shared to relevant Town employees or officials. We do not sell or rent any of our visitors' personal or private information. We do not reveal specific information about subscribers or other personally identifiable data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent use, except if required to do so by the Freedom of Information Act or other law.
As part of our site maintenance, we do use tools like Google Analytics and Webalizer to collect information about how many users we have and which pages they visit. These programs do collect your Internet Protocol (IP) address as part of that process but are otherwise not user specific. An IP address may also be used to block an individual or group from trying to illegally access data on our site or otherwise use the site inappropriately, and we reserve the right to do so.
The Plainfield web site is administered and maintained by the Town and its webmaster. Town staff update the Web site regularly, and every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on the site. However, the information is provided as a public service, and the Town of Plainfield assumes no liability for any inaccuracies the Website may contain. Please feel free to notify the Town of any errors you discover on the Website at (603) 469-3201 or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: The two designated locations for all official postings for the Town of Plainfield are the Meriden Town Hall and the Plainfield Town Hall bulletin boards.

We provide these links to users for convenience. The linkage does not imply an endorsement of products, services, or information, and does not imply an association between the Town of Plainfield and the operators of the linked website.
